Packages that run the controls subsystem of the Stingray.
Starts up the controls subsystem of the Stingray. When the entire Stingray system is launched, controls.launch is called by stingray_start package (located in stingray-ui). Can also be used to launch controls system independent of the other Stingray systems, for testing and debugging purposes.
