- Limits bulk download to on campus or authenticated users (in addition to the usual originalFile check)
- Server returns a property to tell the UI if the user has permission
- Refactoring of the view code to move the bulk download button up to aggregate layer, to disentangle parameters and make it easier to get the new permission property to where it needs to be.
- Make a little more use of bulma styling
