Decide: is 'Learners have practiced using a book on bash/Linux' a learning objective?

Currently, there is no course goal and the learning objectives are tailored on tools to use. One could argue, however, that there is a bigger picture beyond those learning objectives.

I suggest to add 'Learners have practiced using a book on bash/Linux', so that they learn to use a resource they can use in the future.

Although I have included the PDF of a CC-BY-NC-ND book, I am not saying we should use that one :-)
