Add / edit TGO CaSSiS translation files to support PSA compliant labels

Description

Attempting to ingest a TGO CaSSiS label from the current version of the Bern geometry pipeline results in:

**USER ERROR** Given file [MY34_001620_213_0_BLU.xml] does not appear to be a valid TGO CaSSIS label.

**ERROR** Failed to translate output value for [ExposureDuration].

**ERROR** Failed traversing input position. [InputPosition] element does not have a child element named [img:Imaging_Instrument_Parameters].

This may be due to an updated label format in which the requested variable is not included.

Additionally, the current translation files list the filter as:
Observation_Area, Discipline_Area, img:Imaging, img:Image_Product_Information, img:filter_name
However, to make it PSA compatible it needs to be changed to:
Observation_Area, Discipline_Area, img:Imaging, img:Optical_Filter, img:filter_name

Acceptance Criteria
To resolve this issue, translation files should be edited / added in order to support both the current and previous label formats.
