Content repository with sample data for the NISQ Analyzer its implementation & QPU selection, compiler-selection, and prioritization.

Structure of the repository:
- benchmarking offers differnt generated Cliffor gate circuits as well as a script to generate further Clifford gate circuits.
- pre-selection contains the docker-compose, sample data, and results to automatically select compiler and QPU combinations before compilation, another feature of the NISQ Analyzer.
- prioritization-based-on-learned-weights contains the docker-compose, sample data, and results to learn weights for the prioritization feature of the NISQ Analyzer.
- prioritization contains the docker-compose and sample circuits for the prioritization feature of the NISQ Analyzer.
- compiler-selection contains the docker-compose and sample circuits for the compiler-selection feature of the NISQ Analyzer.
- example-implementations contains sample implementations of certain quantum algorithms which can be used by the qiskit-service.
- objects contains JSON files which can be used as sample data for the nisq-analyzer.
