default namelist settings for CESM driver need to be updated #799

Currently in the CESM driver, some of the default namelist settings need to be updated:

FULL_ENERGY - default should be always be TRUE
NODES - default should be 10 since we rarely run with 50 thermal nodes
filenames - current default is fluxes, we should use vic.ha for daily means or vic.hmm for monthly means to be consistent with CESM naming conventions
default variable outputs - some variables that we need for diagnostics are missing, such as turbulent heat fluxes, surface temperature and radiation variables
