* fix: Add All Chains/Addresses to Deploy list

Adding the chains to the deploys with breakdown of all addresses/

* fix: Grid align

Grid alignment was broke

* Fix: spacing issue

Needed underscores to hold lines

table grid had extra space.

fixed missing underscores and spacing/line on permit2

* Fix: remove pointer

Removing -> pointer didn't hold the line.

* Fix: Added more addresses

Filled up all but periphery for AVAX and sepolia
* reformat a little

* Fix code style issues with Prettier
