This is the first release of the ClearCache theme object for DNN. Please see the README for additional information.

- Allows administrators to clear the cache on the website with a single click.
- Allows administrators and superusers to restart the application with a single click.
- Designers have extra CSS class names that may be used for changing the styles of the buttons and wrapper, as necessary.
