it has PCB and queue
based on musl/arch/mips64/bits/errno.h, depends on architecture
note that memory.c should move to mm directory later
because tid_t is defined in stddef.h

I had tried to implement Non-preemptive multitasking, based on
RWTH-OS/eduOS@stage0...stage1#diff-cdc775e160aff8315a559794771f2e9aR45
But it fails...I gotta find an another way...
