メンテナンスされていないdockerfileがあり、混乱のもとになっているので消去します。

プルリクエストをくださったのは @eggplants さんでした。
当時はサンプルプログラムがいまいちだったのですが、最近は整備されたのでdockerfileがなくても良いかなという判断です。
（また、実行できるかテストできておらず、いろんな混乱になってしまっているというのもあります）
