Describe the bug

craig8@WE48687:~$ sudo dpkg -i esl-erlang_25.2-1~ubuntu~focal_amd64.deb

We should probably remove the pre-requisite step from readme and include blanket statement to the effect "based on your operating system erlang might need other system level libraries as dependencies. apt-install of erlang will fail with appropriate error message pointing the right dependencies" what do you think?
