Improved UX for Commands

The /add, /remove & /search commands now start a conversation with the bot, who'll prompt the user to send the artist name, instead of the previous release requiring the name to be in the same message. This allows for easier use as a user can now use the commands through the menu.

First Release of GigMaster

GigMaster is now live and supports adding & removing artists, searching for concerts for a specific artist and showing the artists' list.
Additionally, it will schedule searches for every listed artist at 10:0:0 UTC.
