Xbox Compatible Mods

Xbox players can not install mods and can cause issues when joining modded servers.

This list helps to identify which mods will not cause issues when playing with other vanilla clients, such as xbox players.

Note to developers: to add your own mods please use the appropriate category and use alphabetical order by mod name.

Server Side Mods

These mods are not required on the clients, working strictly server side.

Mod	Description
Cron Job	Adds support for running console commands on a schedule. For example for a weekly world refresh.
Discord Connector	Allows messaging between the server and Discord.
Discord Server Control Bot	Allows controlling the server from Discord.
Expand World Data	Allows editing some parts of the world generation (dungeons, locations and vegetations). Requires manual configuration. See the documentation for more info.
Expand World Events	Allows editing event requirements and enable multiple events at the same time. Requires manual configuration. See the documentation for more info.
Expand World Prefabs	Allows replacing objects when they spawn. Requires manual configuration. See the documentation for more info.
Let Me Sleep	Allows changing how many players are required to sleep.
Max Dungeon Rooms	Raises the chance to spawn larger dungeons.
Max Player Count	Allows changing the amount of maximum players.
Rcon Commands	Adds support for running console commands remotely with RCON.
ReturnToSender	Use original ZDOMan.SendToPeers() logic that sends ZDO updates to ALL clients every loop.
Server Dice Roll	Adds dice roll command.
Server Devcommands	Adds new console commands and extends features when also installed on the client.
Server Perma Death	Tracks player deaths and automatically bans dead characters.
Server Restart	Allows setting schedule for server restarts.
Unstrippable	Disable ZDO data stripping when loading world files.
Upgrade World	Adds console commands for large scale administration tasks like resetting dungeons or other areas.
Ward Event Blocker	Stops random events (raids) from happening to players inside an enabled ward.

Client Side Mods

These mods can be used by PC clients but are not required to be installed by everyone.

Comfy Mods

Mod	Description
ComfyMods (Collection)	All mods are vanilla/Xbox friendly.

Digitalroot's Mods

Mod	Description
Better Wisps	Make the wisps do a better job.
Chain Manager	Adds a craft-able chain to Valheim.
Eternal Fire	Keeps fires lit and burning without needing to fuel them.
Misophonia Friendly	Mute Misophonia triggering sounds.
Plugin Info	Writes output to the LogOutput.log detailing mods loaded by Harmony. Any dependency errors are listed at the bottom of the output.
Slope Combat Assistance	Digitalroot's take on the Slope Combat Fix mod.
Triple Bronze JvL	Triples the amount of bronze you get with each craft.

Eardwulf Mods

Mod	Description
ComfyAutoPicker	Automatically picks vegetables and cloudberries in a small radius (changes are visible to unmodded clients).

JereKuusela Mods

Mod	Description
Dream Texts	Allows changing the dream texts. Can be installed on the server to control dreams of modded clients.
Item Stand All Items	Allows placing few more items to the item stands (all items aren't compatible with unmodded clients).
Ore Support	Visualizes the support system of stone and mineral deposits.
Ruler	Allows measuring distances.
Vanity	Allows changing the player visual style. Changes are visible to unmodded clients. Can be installed on the server to control the style of modded clients.
Wearable Trophies	Allows wearing trophies. Changes are visible to unmodded clients.

MSchmoecker Mods

Mod	Description
Contents Within	Show the contents of any chest when hovering over it (for installed clients).
Door Pull	Pull doors open with Ctrl + Use (for installed clients).
Fence Snap	Adds snappoints to fences and sharp stakes (for installed clients).
Hammer Time	Moves all pieces from custom hammers to the vanilla hammer (for installed clients).
Pacifist	Removes blood and death effects from the game (for installed clients).
VNEI	Valheim Not Enough Items. Displays all items and recipes inside a UI (for installed clients).

RandyKnapp Mods

Mod	Description
Equipment And Quick Slots	Give equipped items their own dedicated inventory slots, plus three more hotkeyable quick slots (for installed clients).
Improved Build Hud	Add the total can-build amount plus the player's current inventory count to the requirements (for installed clients).
Minimal Status Effects	Shrink the status effect list and put it in a vertical list below the minimap. Position and size is customizable (for installed clients).

Venture Mods

Mod	Description
Asocial Cartography	Improved multiplayer Cartography Table handling (only installed clients can manipulate the table with the changes).
Deluxe Particles	Enlarges dropped item particle effect (for installed clients).
Need For Speed	Run faster on paths (for installed clients, can sync configuration when on server).
No Damage Flash	Removes the damage flash (for installed clients).
No Grass	Adds back the option to select no grass in your game settings vegetation slider (for installed clients).
No Puke	Removes puking animations (for installed clients).
No Seasonal Restrictions	Lets you place seasonal items (changes are visible to unmodded clients).
Pathside Assistance	More path/cultivator options without terrain flattening (changes are visible to unmodded clients).
Reely Good Rod	Reduces stamina usage of fishing rods when reeling in fish by half (for installed clients).
Venture Location Reset	Automatically reset Dungeons, Locations, and Leviathans with a customizable in-game day rate. For installed clients, changes are visible to unmodded clients.
Venture Logout Tweaks	Saves your status effects and reapplies on next login (for installed clients).
Venture Terrain Reset	Reset the terrain from tools, a hotkey, or with a console command (changes are visible to unmodded clients).
Warm Torches	Torch items will prevent you from getting the Cold debuff (for installed clients).

Admin mods

These mods are meant to be used by server administrators.

DPS	Display DPS and experience counter.
ESP	Display more information of the game world.
Infinity Hammer	Greatly extends the building capabilities.
Server Devcommands	Adds new console commands and enables cheats for admins.
World Edit Commands	Adds console commands for world editing.
