Fixes issue Vegz78#14 (Attempting to use settings functions causes crash)

With reference to this ongoing issue(#14 (comment)), this pull request does not seem to directly address the issue with the settings function that do not work on the first runs of MakeCode Games .elf files utilizing this function. However, your suggestion to "always change folder permissions", though probably still to 755, makes logical sense and I will change in the future. I hope we figure this out! |
