First:- install the adb gui from the below link https://github.com/yapplications/ADB-GUI
Second:- go to that particular folder cd ADB-GUI-Tool-0.1.9\ADB-GUI-Tool-0.1.9
Third:- java -jar ADB-GUI-Tool-0.1.9.jar
Make sure that your decive is connected and USB debugging is on or connected via wifi Inside the application click to terminal paste the adb command and click on Go! button this command work for oppo neo 7 device
