This is as same as CAT command in Linux, but with some modification in it
syntex : - python cati.py {file name}
if file doesnot exist then it will create One and then You can write the stuff in it. if file does exist then first it will show the context of that file and then you can append that file. To save that file : press enter (go to new line) and then type :sq (save and quit) To discard that file : press enter(go to new line) and then type :!q (quit without saving it).
