In case you don't yet know or understand and you're feeling too lazy to check out a real explaination here, this will explain what CTI is: CTI or Custom Tease Instructor is a masturbation game aimed at all who do it. The idea behind it requires two folders and a cardviewer (e.g. Black); a picture folder (with your everyday share of porn) and a 'cards' folder. The cards folder includes instruction cards which are available for download here. As you configure your cardviewer, it mixes your picture folder with a weighted amount of instruction cards and starts a slideshow (or in CTI language: a tease). Whenever an instruction card comes up you are to follow it's instructions. The goal of the game is to follow the instructions whilst masturbating and delaying an orgasm. You may orgasm only on permission usually provided by a Chance to Cum card.
Anyone who masturbates and is willing to put in the effort. It's also used as a tool to increase endurance by some. CTI can also be used by couples be they straight, gay or lesbian.

CTIS cards are aimed at making it easier for players to keep track of their instruction cards. CTIS were inspired by 0131's CTI2 project, which is still running but requires knowledge of java to create new cards, because as of yet no cardmaker for CTI2 is available.
