This changes the RBR node to publish values from all channels, not just
CtdandDepthPressuremessages. It tries to bring this into alignment with the AML node.This code is untested.
This requires configuration of the channels list in the config file. I was going to add this to the
example.yamlbut I wasn't sure how this file is laid out anymore -- does it go at the top level or underarm_chanos?
