Remove margin-bottom on search form from the sticky nav #804

Changes

The rule adding a 16px margin-bottom to the search form now only applies to search forms in #content, excluding the sticky nav.

Why

This affects sites using GCSE and the normal WordPress search, increasing the sticky nav size: http://current.org/?s=%22future+fund%22.

Filing this PR against master because it's a bugfix.
