Meeting 1: September 6th, 2024

Attendees: Taaseen Khan, Aadil Ibraheem, Nazeer Abuchar, Ammar Ahmed

Did:

All of the team members successfully came to a conclusion on the main features the web application would contain. The team collaborated on a rough project timeline. Discussed current skills for frontend and backend experience and delegated tasks. Decided on a tech stack utilizing Javascript, React, Google Firebase, and Vercel.

Plan:

Together, lock down on key features required in the application and begin making plans for the oncoming weeks/tasks.

Issues:

Main issues are finding what times work best for all members to meet, along with responsibilities based on experience.

Meeting 2: September 10th, 2024

Attendees: Taaseen Khan, Aadil Ibraheem, Nazeer Abuchar, Ammar Ahmed

Did:

All team members convened on what they had been working on for Presentation 1. Decided on what slides would be presented by which members, and also made edits. Confirmed all members knew what they were presenting and ensured they were comfortable with the responsibilities outlined in the slides.

Plan:

Make sure that the presentation looks good to all members, and rehearse the slides at least once together to be better prepared.

Issues:

Main issues were figuring out what to put for responsibilities. Made sure that responsibilities handed out were not concrete roles as the application would require all members to work in different parts of the application.

Meeting 3: September 13th, 2024

Attendees: Taaseen Khan, Aadil Ibraheem, Nazeer Abuchar, Ammar Ahmed

Did:

All team members collaborated to define and prioritize the functional requirements for Assignment 2. The group discussed each requirement, its importance to the project, and how it would contribute to the application's goals. Decided on a preliminary prioritization to guide the project's direction and future planning.

Plan:

Finalize the list of prioritized functional requirements and ensure that each team member understands their role in addressing these requirements.

Issues:

The main issue was aligning on responsibilities for each requirement, as some areas would require all team members to collaborate across different aspects of the application. The team ensured flexibility in roles to allow everyone to contribute to various parts as needed.

Meeting 4: September 20th, 2024

Attendees: Taaseen Khan, Aadil Ibraheem, Nazeer Abuchar, Ammar Ahmed

Did:

Meeting 5: September 24th, 2024

Did:

All team members convened on what they had been working on for the week. All members showcased what they had worked on regarding the project. All members had started writing code onto the base while Aadil continued learning Javascript, HTML, CSS, and React.

Plan:

Made sure to continue working on current features and confirmed meeting the coming Friday.

Issues:

There were no issues in this meeting.

Meeting 6: September 27th, 2024

Attendees: Taaseen Khan, Aadil Ibraheem, Nazeer Abuchar, Ammar Ahmed

Did:

The group reviewed and finalized the slides for Presentation 2. Each member discussed their progress and what they would contribute to the application. Specific assignments were clarified: Ammar continued working on Google Authentication, Nazeer focused on the Customers and Dashboard pages, Taaseen worked on creating all the pages and the navigation sidebar, and Aadil focused on learning frontend development and preparing the Analytics page to showcase during the presentation.

Plan:

Rehearse the presentation together to ensure smooth delivery and make final edits if necessary. Each member will focus on completing their assigned tasks over the weekend, making sure to be ready for Tuesday and only have to worry about last minute changes.

Issues:

The primary challenge was figuring out the proper order to present. This was to ensure the meeting was the most cohesive and also make sure that all members were able to properly showcase their additions to project.

Meeting 7: October 1st, 2024

Attendees: Taaseen Khan, Aadil Ibraheem, Nazeer Abuchar, Ammar Ahmed

Did:

The team, including Taaseen, Aadil, Nazeer, and Ammar, reviewed all their individual contributions and progress during the meeting. They conducted a mock demo to simulate the actual presentation, ensuring everyone was comfortable with their respective parts. Nazeer and Aadil then also confirmed that any pending updates or changes were committed to the main branch to have the most up-to-date version of the project ready for the presentation

Plan:

Planned for possible questions that could be asked in the presentation. Also confirmed the meeting for the coming Friday and to start fixing the project based on feedback from instructor as soon as possible.

Issues:

There were no issues reported by Taaseen, Aadil, Nazeer, or Ammar during this meeting.
