Sprint 1 Retrospective

What Worked:

• We had a good amount of meetings
• Fulfilled goals on time

What Didn’t Work:

• Not even split of work
• Often reliant on one team member

Changes for Next Sprint:

• Splitting up work evenly
• Set a minimum requirement to be achieved
• Constantly commit and pull. Do not do large commits
• Properly plan out next sprint
• Get work done ahead of time. No crunch
