Hot-fixed Type4 (Chest/Head) IK by forcing it in the proper direction.
Later on proper rotation support for these IKs will be added

Known Bugs

* Shoulder/Arm rotations are a bit weird. (May be rig based)
* No Rotation for Type4 bones
