BBB stops responding to text trigger

At some point BBB stopped responding with no actual show of why:

Problem found. Eventsub subscribes to the wrong channel text messages if username and authorized key are not the same as the channel you want the bot to join.

This had to do with a logic error when the broadcasterID (the one who has the API authorization to Twitch) is not the same as the channel that is being monitored. Because it tries to retrieve followers, and it has no authorization for that. Since that is not implemented yet, that is ignored now
