log file not being created

Added some checks and balances and output window information about where the log should go and trying to create it.

its a rights issue:

Solving: if not allowed, create the logfile in the appdir where the persona/settings file is located

if log directory does not exist, try create it in application directory. if this fails -> create it in appdata and set default logdir to that.

if log directory exists but file cannot be created -> create it in appdata

if log file exists, but it cannot be written to -> create in appdata instead
