Before to Update to v1.3

• disable Recollection Lobby from v1.2 at mod settings. if you enable at v1.3, it causes crash because there's no frames on live2d/ directory
• if you have bad connection, you can download .zip file of live2d here and then extract on:
  • Windows: %appdata%/Mindustry/live2d/
  • Android: io.anuke.mindustry/live2d/
