## Description

Just aggregating dependabot PRs with the version updates of `ip` package
from 1.1.8 to 1.1.9.

For the context, this change is made because of the latest vulnerability
that has been exposed in `ip` library. The version of this package is
vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) attacks (CVE:
GHSA-78xj-cgh5-2h22).
