change unit to e2e tests in parts of scripts package README #16267

Description

I changed where the README for @wordpress/scripts refers to e2e tests as unit tests.

Fixes #16264.

Manually closed #16264 now, as the PR didn't contain something like Fixes #16264 which would auto-close it. Something to keep in mind for next time :)
