Description
As a follow-up to previous work on these blocks (#23044, #23945, #24080 ) - Here we have added a lightBlockWrapper to all 3 of the blocks as well as removed some unnecessary styles that were previously added for link colors.
How has this been tested?
Tested on local docker environment.
Verify these blocks look/behave the same in the editor and front-end.
