What?
Similar to #60572 and #56967.
PR updates the Featured Image block to only subscribe color and dimension-related settings for the selected block.
How?
Re-arranged components so that
InspectorControlswraps child controls it has to mount on selection.Note: This is a micro-optimization. It probably will only affect templates with many posts and featured images. I think it's all about promoting good practices in Core :)
