This is smoke testing well for me:
✅ Confirmed that recent updates to the Footnotes block are included and working correctly
✅ Confirmed that some of the recent changes in the Site Editor have been included and are working correctly
I don't have any permissions in this regard, but just giving this an approving review to confirm that the updates appear to be including some of things I'm aware of for Beta 4, and I haven't run into any issues so far 👍
