Changes

Increased the durability of Netherite tools from 2031 to 3264 (~twice as much as diamond)
Increased the mining speed of Netherite tools from 9 to 11 (still between diamond and gold, but noticeably faster than diamond)
Increased the base damage of Netherite tools and weapons from 4 to 5.
Changed the crafting recipes of all Netherite tools, weapons and armor to require as many Netherite ingots as their diamond equivalents would require diamonds. (see below)

If you prefer this version of Netherite over Mojang's implementation, please let them know! 1.16 is still in snapshot form, it's not too late yet! Mojang has my permission to add these changes to the game, no credit required!
