Minor change needed in the Staff role constant, you left the moderator role out of the list. |
Because of some discrepancy discord js only emits the reaction events on cached messages
Hopefully fixed #suggestions reactions
Also, removed guildIDs from commands as, it will try and register the command to the guild before discord has populated the bot's guilds. And, it doesn't matter since we won't be adding new commands very often.

One thing yet to be done is to fetch FAQ entries from an API.
Was also unable to test the emoji's on reaction events
