Main Page

  1. Actor Name
  2. Level and Sheet Related Fields
  • Level - certain fields covered in the Characteristics section will update based upon the Ancestry and Paths that trigger at a given level.
  • Actor Mods - these serve to track that your actor has either Modifiers, Damage Effects, and Afflictions. This also serves to denote your initiative default setting.
  • Sheet - options to select default sheets, this walkthrough is based upon the default demonlord.DemonloardActorSheet2
  • Prototype Token - typical FoundryVTT usage, modify token image, name, link Actor Data
  1. Attributes (determined by your Ancestry and Paths): Number in circle is your value. Superscript number in the top right is your modifier that will be added to your rolls.

Combat Tab

Figure 2. Actor sheet - Combat Tab (demonlord.DemonloardActorSheet2):

  • Weapons - drag and drop a weapon item type or create your own. The View goes: Weapon image, Weapon name, How Many hands used, Properties, Damage, Boon/Bane, equipped, edit, delete. Description can be seen in the roll on the right, in this example "PewPew."

Figure 3. Weapon Item Type, and Weapon Roll (demonlord.DemonloardActorSheet2):

  • Armor - drag and drop an armor item type or create your own. Similar to weapons, the View goes: Armor image, Armor name, Bonuses (Defense, Agility, Fixed Defense), Properties, Strength Min, equipped, edit, delete.
  • Ammunition - drag and drop an ammunition item type or create your own. Similar to weapons, the View goes: Ammunition image, Ammunition name, Amount (Left-click to increase, Right-click to decrease), edit, delete.

Talents

Figure 4. Talent Item Type (demonlord.DemonloardActorSheet2):

  • Talents - drag and drop a talent item type or create your own. The view goes:
  • Where you got the talent (Talent Groupname) suggestions from those on the discord group are to name them as Ancestry, then Novice Path (name), Expert * Path (name), Master Path (name).
  • Talent Name - anything listed in Attributes tab makes this active by default and will affect rolls, to uncheck this for situational usage click the Circle with a dot to remove the don't and un-activate it.
  • Edit and delete buttons
  • Talent info - expand to see what attributes have been set and the description. In this example I have made the talent utilize the multiple options to turn on/off different features based up on the situation, but usually I've seen it simple enough to leave this unchecked. If this were a limited use talent then the Max number identifies the maximum number of uses while the uses denote the current number of charges expended. This looks like the ammunition usage tracker.
