v1.0.1 Bug fix release : bad fastcgi_param config

The fastcgi_params in the nginx config were incorrect, as I forgot to enclose $ variables with double quotes in the script.

This is the first public release. If you're using this script, please submit issues if you find any bugs. I suspect bugs might be found if you're running a different PHP installation than mine, as the fastcgi configuration may have to be adapted according to your php-fpm unix socket location. Any suggestions are welcome.
