Hub

ロビー制御プラグイン。他の鯖で使うことを考えていない適当設計

ロビーワールド作成（名前はhubで固定）
- シラカバの原木が初期スポにぽつんとあるだけのワールドができあがる
/hub コマンドでロビーワールドに移動
ロビーワールドでネザーポータルを使うと、元いた場所に戻れる
インベントリ独立
権限システム
ユーザーUUID管理
