Most of uploads have latin transliteration in filenames that using in search index.

Would be nice to increase search results quantity by word forms using condition:

(keyword1 => :keyword1 OR form1 => :form1, ...) AND
(keyword2 => :keyword2 OR form2 => :form2, ...) AND 
...

Implemented with library

At this moment, it supports lot of locales, but not reverse transliteration
