major upgrade

• Name change to "Nonsense Nebula's Problem Goes Pew Pew" to make it look a bit original (I don't know a better name, LOL)
• Addition of many RNG implementations
• Addition of multiplayer mode
• Addition of SFX and BGM
• Added settings to change the volume of BGM and SFX
• Tutorial improvements (you can find it in the settings)
• Added credits and cheats (you can find them in the settings)
• Added health bar and bullet bar
• Now you can pause in the middle of the game
