Issue after Bioconductor upgrade

Hello,

I've used VISION successfully in the past, but recently upgraded Bioconductor to version 3.14. Since then, I've been getting the following error whenever I try to use the analyze step:

Error in E %*% Cs %*% S - Rog %*% (Roc %*% S) + Cog %*% (Coc %*% (Cs %*% : Matrices must have same number of rows for arithmetic

Any idea what might fix this? This occurred when I was just rerunning an analysis that I've already done (and it worked before-- I'm using the same inputs and everything), so I can only assume it must be some sort of issue with dependencies.
