No gene can be mapped when using gseKEGG()

Thanks for your amazing practical package.
I hope you can help me with the following error:

mapIDs <- mapIds(x = org.Hs.eg.db, keys = names(gene_list),column = "ENTREZID", keytype = "SYMBOL")
