This repository contains the data and R code to reproduce all the analyses of the paper entitled "Shifts in internal stem damage along a tropical precipitation gradient and implications for forest biomass estimation". The paper describes shift in internal stem damage of living trees across a precipitation gradient in Tropical Australia.
