__import__('sklearn') does not raise error, but sklearn is not available #2

The above method returns True on successful sklearn import, but Jupyter-Notebook is not able to load the same package, and raises Distribution Error as below

Disabling pkg_check functionality - will be reinitiated, when issue is resolved.

SKLearn is available in the working environment:

pkg_resources interprets SKLearn as scikit-learn and not sklearn during version checking.

Error resolved, by adding scikit-learn to is_sklearn_available()
