PassFile Locker first full release

1- Run passfile.exe to launch the app.
2- After you have created .lkr file, you can also directly open the locker by double clicking the file and open with passfile.exe
3- Max file size that can be added in the locker is 2GB. Maximum size of locker can be 3GB.

More bugfixes will be released with future versions.
