A customer service support chatbot for booking hotels and car rentals. Made with AWS Lex and AWS Connect.
To use the support chatbot, follow these steps:
- Specify whether you want to book a
Hotel
or aCar
. The chatbot has only these 2 intents. - Afterwards, you'll be asked to specify the
Location
,Start Date
,End Date
,Age
,Room Type
orCar Type
. - Try to answer question with a single or few words (keep it simple). Otherwise, the chatbot will initiate it's fallback intent and end the call.
- You can also perform a
Voice Call
with the chatbot, but ensure your voice is clear.
This section showcases an example use case for the Lex chatbot, keep in mind you can use it to book a hotel in the same manner.
NOTE ❗: Try to follow this conversation path closely otherwise the chatbot'll encounter an error end the convo.
