Fix Default API Version Setting on Zonos Instantiation

• Fixes an issue where the default api version was not getting correctly set to "2" if apiVersion was not specified during the instantiation of the Zonos object.

Updating getOrders

• Added a couple missing parameters to the getOrders function
• getOrders() now takes an options object containing allowed parameters
• Udated README to reflect changes to getOrders

Updating the readme to reflect that https://cors.zonos.com is now live and usable.

• Minor changes to the type structure for readability and future proofing.
• Change the import url in the readme to point to Deno's cached version of the plugin instead of the github raw.
