Run all those commands one by one in the terminal
i. python -m venv venv
ii. venv\scripts\activate
iii. pip install -r requirements.txt
iv. python manage.py runserver

A T-Shirt Image merger which merges images on the front and back of the t-shirt. Logo can be positioned on the chest and pocket. Multiple colored T-Shirts are available in there. There will be a use of SRGAN, VDSR for the Enhancement of the Image quality
