Checks: Fix Flake8 W605 - invalid escape sequence (OSGeo#3763)

* Fix remaining W605-invalid escape sequence warnings.
* Adding r for simple strings.
* Using escaping backslash for strings with valid escape sequences.
* Remove leftover warning ignores.
