Release v1.0.0

Based on macfanctld, modified for usage for the four fans typically found on macpros 1,1 to 5,1.
Allows minimum fan speed for each fan, makes the machine run much quieter.

OS tested: Linux macpro 5.15.48-1-MANJARO x86_64
