Fuel nozzle gets disconnected if too far from fuel truck

Description:

• When taking a fuel nozzle and moving far away from the fuel truck, the nozzle gets disconnected from the "rope"

Steps to reproduce:

• Editor
• Place down a fuel truck and a player
• have refueling enabled
• go to the fuel truck and take the fuel nozzle
• go away from the truck
• the rope stretches and after ~30-40m the rope gets disconnected while still holding the fuel nozzle
• all refueling operations still work
