[dicomSummary] Improve option behaviour and use sdiff instead of tkdiff for differences #1000

This PR adds the following improvements to script dicomSummary.pl:

Fix typos in usage message.
-xdiff is now implicitly in effect when either -comparedir or -dbcompare are used.
-profile now mandatory when -database or -dbcompare are used.

Fixes #998
