@Link- This PR is a first attempt at documenting the visualizations included in the same dashboard. It includes some draft verbiage to explain what is being presented and the value of that metric. It also documents the fact that this is a sample and should be used with other metrics and logs to understand the health and performance of ARC and the cluster.
